At Lonvera, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable delivery experience for every order. Please read the details below to understand our shipping process.


1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


2. Shipping Options (UK Only)

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom.

  • Standard UK Delivery (Free): 7–12 business days

  • Express UK Delivery: 4–7 business days (additional fee applies, calculated at checkout)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or peak shopping periods.


3. Order Tracking

  • Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email.

  • You can track your package through the courier’s website for real-time updates.


4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship internationally outside the UK.

  • We cannot deliver to PO Boxes, BFPO addresses, or restricted locations.


5. Delays & Responsibility

  • While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Lonvera is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs checks, or factors beyond our control.

  • If your order is significantly delayed, please contact our support team, and we will assist you in tracking or resolving the issue.


6. Lost or Damaged Parcels

  • If your order is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to investigate and issue a replacement or refund.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damaged product and packaging.
